Biscayne Bay Description
Some of the best Bonefishing anywhere is right here off of the Island of Key Biscayne and the islands just to the south along the Ragged Keys, Boca Chita, Sands Key, Elliott Key, and all the way down to Key Largo. Key Biscayne is perfectly situated for charter boats to take advantage of the logistics of the Island since they are within an easy and quick run to the best spots.
Biscayne Bay (Bahía Vizcaína, in Spanish) is a lagoon that is approximately 35 miles (56 km) long and up to 8 miles (13 km) wide located on the Atlantic coast of south Florida. It is usually divided for purposes of discussion and analysis into three parts, North Bay, Central Bay and South Bay.
